TAKE-A-LABEL TAL-3100W Wipe-On Label Applicator

The TAL-3100W is a continuous duty wipe-on label applicator designed to apply labels to products as they pass by on a conveyor.  With speeds up to 500 IPM, it is able to be rotated on its side or even upside down.  This unit can be utilized in many production environments to label virtually anything as it passes by.

The model TAL-3100W Wipe-On Label Applicator from the Take-A-Label line, provides smooth operation and reliability for system integration.

Designed and manufactured to be reliable and affordable, industrial grade labeling system which is easy to operate.  The Brushless DC motor can accommodate a wide range of labels from 1 2 x 1 2 to 5 x 15 .  The TAL-3100W is compact in size, making it a perfect choice for applications where space and performance is at a premium.

  • T-Stand (38200) & U-Arm (Yoke Assembly) (30236) Information:

    The T-Stand & U-Arm (Yoke Assembly) are not required.

    Users of the TAL3100W have made or used their own bracketry to mount the TAL3100W to their liking.  The T-Stand and U-Arm (Yoke Assembly) are great for cases where a customer already has a production line in place and desires to be able to roll the TAL3100W up and have it immediately ready to start working.

    It is highly recommended that every TAL3100W has at least the U-Arm (Yoke Assembly) purchased with every order.  It allows for the TAL3100W to be rotated in any configuration for side bottom top label applications.  It is a great option even if you decide to utilize your own bracketry to hold the TAL3100W up; attaching the U-Arm (Yoke Assembly) to something is much easier than attempting to attach directly to the TAL3100W itself.

    The T-Stand itself is able to rise and lower, and you can roll it into position to get the forward and backward movement.  If the T-Stand is purchased, it will automatically come with the U-Arm (Yoke Assembly) as the T-Stand requires the U-Arm (Yoke Assembly) for use.

      • Clear Label Photo Cell: if you are using clear labels this photo cell is required.

        • Label Counter: this add-on allows the user to have the labels used to be counted.

        • 

          • Reciprocating Ink Code Imprinter: this allows you to imprint an alphanumeric code on the label prior to application to the product.  This is commonly used for batch codes, expiration dates, or lot codes.  Printing can be adjusted to print horizontal or vertically.  The Reciprocating Ink Coder is similar to the Smart Jet Inkjet Printer except the imprinting is done with a stamp.
